One must also not forget that there is no single way of burning fat and chiseling your abdomen. If a diet and fitness system works for me and for thousands of other people, it does not necessarily mean that it works for you as well. After all not everybody is made up the same way. The most important think here is effort and will power. Without any of these it is very unlikely that you will ever see any results.
